What is the conference (Forum) date?

Thursday 16 March 2023.

What is included in registration?

All scheduled sessions and meals, including the Forum dinner, are included with your event registration.

Cancelled registrations will have their event registration fee refunded according to the registration cancellation policy.

Registration to the “2023 IPEC Europe Excipients Forum” include admission to the Forum, buffet lunch and coffee breaks, the Cocktail Reception and Forum Dinner.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations received before Friday 15 February 2023 will receive a 80% refund of the registration fee.

No refunds will be done for travel and hotel bookings made by the individual participant.

Refunds of the registration fee will not be issued after 17 February 2023.

Substitutions are possible free of charge until Friday 10 March 2023.

What are the Terms and conditions for the accommodation at the Pestana Palace?

Booking of the accommodation at the Pestana Palace must be done via the dedicated link to benefit from the preferential rates.

A credit card is required to process the reservation.
A penalty of the equivalent of one night will be charged to your credit card for cancellations after 15 February.

The amount of the entire stay will be charged at check-in, in case of no show or a cancellation made later than 7 days before the arrival day.

Check-in time: as of 15:00 / Check-out time: until 12:00

What should I wear?

Conference (Forum) Attire: We recommend business casual attire.

Forum Dinner: We recommend smart casual attire.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please include all relevant information during the registration process.

Will conference presentations be available?

All conference material, including presentations, will be made available after the Conference.

What is the cost to attend?

For IPEC Europe Members: 390 € (excl. VAT).

For IPEC Europe Non Members: 690 € (excl. VAT).

An ‘early bird’ discount of 100 € applies for registrations done before Sunday 15 January 2023.

I am an exhibitor. Can I bring any marketing materials?

Yes! As an Exclusive sponsor, you may bring up to two pop-up banners and any desired brochure and gadget.

I’m no longer attending the event. What should I do?

If you are no longer attending the 2023 IPEC Europe Excipients Forum but someone from your company will be coming in your place, please let us know and we will change the attendee’s name free of charge.

If you are no longer attending the event and no one is coming in your place, inform us at info@ipec-europe.org to cancel your event registration (please refer to cancellation rules).
