Cancellations received before Friday 20 May 2022 will receive a 80% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be done for travel and hotel bookings made by the individual participant by IPEC Europe.
Refunds of the registration fee will not be issued after 20 May 2022.
Substitutions are possible free of charge until Friday 17 June 2022.
Any change of registration type will be subject to an Administration fee of 15€.
IPEC Europe cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses of any nature (such as, but not limited to, hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented for any reason (such as, but not limited to, the unavailability of transportation) from attending the conference.
IPEC Europe declines all responsibility in the event of fire, theft and/or damages of personal belongings.
